MHL were engaged by Cork County Council to carry out a Traffic & Transportation Study for Skibbereen Town and its environs.
Following our appointment a comprehensive traffic, pedestrian and car parking survey was carried out from which it was possible to construct a base year traffic model for the town. A constraints study highlighted the areas most in need of change and a detailed report was prepared and presented to the Local Town Council and the general public.
